Gorgeous Paws will not be liable for taxes or charges which may be applied by individual countries on imported goods. Non-delivery of Goods Delivery Policy We aim to process and dispatch your order, as quickly as possible and in many cases you will receive your goods within a few days. However as standard policy please allow 7-14 working days for your goods unless otherwise stated. If for any reason an items is delayed and we are unable to dispatch to you within 14 working days we will contact you and keep you fully informed. Refunds Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) from gorgeous paws, please contact us at returns@gorgeouspaws.co.uk and return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund (this excludes post and package costs). The item(s) must be returned to us in its original packaging, with original labelling in an unused condition and must be free from animal hairs. We regret that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on special or custom made orders (for example, engraved I.D Tags), We strongly advise that items returned to us should be sent by recorded or registered post to the address shown on this site. The cost of this postage is your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for losses by the postal system. Any items returned which are unfit for resale will be returned to the customer, the P&P charge will be applied for re-postage and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
